Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the MyDriveway visualiser and lead service. By using the site or submitting your details, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

MyDriveway lets you upload or generate a photo of your property, choose a driveway finish, and receive an AI-generated visual concept and an indicative price. You can then ask us to arrange a free quote from our selected local installation partner. We may add, change or withdraw features at any time.

The AI concept and prices are illustrations only

• The generated image is an artistic concept, not a design, survey or construction document. AI can misread boundaries, levels, drainage, materials and hidden conditions.
• Indicative prices are automated guide ranges, not quotations. The real price may be significantly higher or lower.
• Google Street View imagery may be several years old and may not show your property’s current condition.
• Any actual work, specification and final price is a matter between you and the installer following a site survey. We are not the installer and do not carry out the work.

Your responsibilities

• You confirm you are 18 or over and that the details you give us are accurate.
• You will only upload photographs you are entitled to use, and you will not upload unlawful, offensive or infringing content, or images of other people’s property without permission.
• You will not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

Rights over the content and details you submit

You keep ownership of the photographs and details you submit. However, by submitting them you grant MyDriveway a broad, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and transferable licence to store, use, copy, adapt, combine, publish and commercially exploit that content and information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy — including creating your concept, contacting you, passing your brief to our partners, marketing, advertising, and improving and promoting the service. You confirm you have the right to grant this licence.

Contact and marketing

By submitting your details you agree that we and our selected partner may contact you about your enquiry and your project, and that we may send you marketing, by phone, text, email or messaging. You can ask us to stop marketing at any time by emailing hello@mydriveway.ai.

Intellectual property

The MyDriveway name, branding, website and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell or reuse them without our written permission.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyDriveway is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the visual concepts, indicative prices, Street View imagery or any work carried out by an installer. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Any statutory consumer rights you have are unaffected.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
